Mayari SMP – Store Terms of Service

By purchasing any product from the Mayari SMP Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all purchases made through Tebex for both Java and Bedrock editions of the server.

General Information

• Mayari SMP is a community-based Minecraft server.
• All purchases are virtual digital items and have no real-world value.
• Purchases help support the server’s maintenance and development.
• These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

• You must be 16 years old or above to purchase items from the store.
• If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Payments & Platform

• All payments are processed securely via Tebex.
• We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are listed as shown on the store and may change at any time.

No Refund Policy

• All purchases are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
• This includes:
• Accidental purchases
• Dislike of purchased items
• Server resets, wipes, or updates
• Player bans or punishments

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
• Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in:
•Permanent ban from Mayari SMP
•Blacklist from future purchases
• Lost items due to chargebacks will not be restored.

Items, Ranks & Cosmetics

• Purchased ranks, kits, commands, and cosmetics are:    
• Non-transferable
• Non-resellable
• Sharing, selling, or trading store items is not allowed.
• Abuse or exploitation of store features will result in punishment.

Server Resets & Lost Items

• Mayari SMP is not responsible for:    
• Lost items due to bugs, glitches, lag, or crashes
• Items lost during updates, rollbacks, or resets
• In some cases, staff may help, but restoration is not guaranteed.

Bugs & Exploits

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features is strictly forbidden.
• Any abuse may result in:
• Removal of purchased items
• Temporary or permanent ban
• Bugs should be reported to staff immediately.

Punishments & Rule Violations

• Breaking server rules may result in punishment.
• Punishments do not void purchases.
• Banned or muted players are not eligible for refunds.

Termination of Services

• Mayari SMP reserves the right to:    
• Modify or remove store items
• Suspend or terminate services  

• Ban players who violate these Terms or server rules
